My stuff came from Ikea
But you still got no idea
Because you wouldn't be here
If you knew it's from Ikea
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
I been listening to some Abba
And you just think that's bad, yeah
And it would make you madder
If you knew it was Abba I've been listening to
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
I'll just take the time to explain
That somethings are just not the same
And they've all come a long way
And it seems they're now here to stay
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
Because I know you don't like that cheap plastic crap
And you cannot find them on a global map
I'll just take the time to explain
That somethings are just not the same
And they've all come a long way
And it seems they're now here to stay

All words & music by Tico Jnr.
Tico Jnr. is quick to say...:
I wrote this song because I had just found out God is from Ireland and wears sunglasses. And at the time 'God' release a pretty miserable song, which I thought excluded a rather large demographic. I had a brilliant idea and though I would do something similar. Except this song is anything but miserable!
For any naysayer wishing to poo-poo me, I've got to this very day a lovely set of drawers in my bedroom from a Swedish company. I used to have more items, such as a coffee table and dining room table, but I got rid of those. I still have the dining room chairs, although I am actively looking to get rid of them and replace them with something of better quality, as most people would.
I understand there's a dance-troupe out in the Fens who have an annual celebration of this song, and every year their dance gets more daring and dazzling. Despite receiving lots of invitations to attend I without doubt politely decline via my personal assistant, and never do I leave abusive messages for them.
Bri Jnr. merrily says:
What a riff! Thanks to Tico's (admittedly rare) genius, guitar shops across the land (not that there are many left) are filled with six-string novices attempting to bash out this riff on their fantasy purchase like it's the 21st century 'Smoke On The Water'.
What inspired Tico to write this ditty I do not know, but it's celebration of all things Swedish influenced me to abstain from voting on Brexit many years later. By the way, Roxette bettered what Abba started.
